All orders are packaged in the United States. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. If you believe your creator is taking too long to deliver or fear it could be lost, please reach out or send us an email and we will look into it right away.

Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. They are automatically calculated depending on volume, weight and destination of the products purchased.
Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

If your content appears faulty upon delivery, please notify us immediately at support@unlimitpotential.com and attach pictures of both the packaging and its contents.
